The application was designed and implemented by WhiteHorse. It is WhiteHorse responsibility to support it and provide a resolution.
If the resolution is based on firewall rules, I need the following information before I submit a request to our network security team:
1. IP Address of system initiation communication
2. Ports and/or Protocols used for communication (Please specify TCP or UDP) (example TCP HTTP; Port 1234 )
3. Is this uni-directional or bi-directional communication
We would like to understand why the issue did not surface in DEV, QA and pre-DNS cutover.
This problem has to be resolved as soon as possible in order to complete the migration.
