While we may not be blamed for the misinformation that we have learned, we can and will be held responsible for repeating misinformation after we have learned otherwise. From taking this class, I have come to appreciate the difficulty nature of the problem of mass incarceration in the US. It has been good for me to learn first-hand the numbers regarding mass incarceration. I have looked forward to each week’s class discussion with excitement. A safe atmosphere for open discussion was created by the professor and I also like the maturity displayed by the students as well.
