Interviewing a future marine biologist Marine biologist is a person who works in some way in studying, observing, protecting or managing marine organism. Austin Burmester is a university freshman and his aim is to become a marine biologist in future, he is currently majoring in biology. Throughout my interview I asked him the entire possible question that aroused in my mind that time, and through this interview I found out his passion toward the field of marine biology and his love for the animals and the ecosystem of wetland of Louisiana. During his senior year he had taken a marine biology course where the professor addressed the adverse effect of human pollution on the environment and the ecosystem of the animals and what could be done to retain the environment in its original form. The professor also addressed that the main cause of the of the marine pollution is the industrialization and dumping of the waste materials of the industries in the sources of water, so Austin decided that this is the field he wants to study and protect the environment from these types of pollution. Austin thinks that the best part of this job is that he could help the animals from the pollution and make a difference in the environment .Austin says that the hardest aspect of this field is that he has to take a lot of biology as well as chemistry classes throughout his college career, as marine biology not only includes biology but also chemistry, so he has to take a lot of biology as well as the chemistry classes in his college career.
