Honesty creates a sense of trust in friendships, family, employee, and the community. However, as a leader who exhibits such moral qualities he/she carry huge moral responsibility. Marilee Jones was a scholar who took advantage of her status that she gained over the years. She fabricated her own credentials after so many years. People often make mistakes, however, Ms. Jones dragged this lie, but it’s a double edged soar. After reading articles, some questions resonated during my reflection of Ms. Jones behavior.
