I am most sympatric towards Louise because she was under the most distress in this situation. She made a moral decision to have an abortion. The question should be raised should legality outweigh morality or should legality support morality? Louisa decision to have sex was based on Joe being sterile. Louisa should not be held liable because she acted under the false assumption of Joe was sterile. If Joe had not made this false statement then Louisa should be liable. Louisa decided to invoke her right to self-determine her fate. Regardless, if I approve of abortions or not I think the female should have the final decision on her body.
