I am most sympatric towards Louise because she was under the most distress in this situation. She made a moral decision to have an abortion. The question should be raised should legality outweigh morality or should legality support morality? Louisa decision to have sex was based on Joe being sterile. Louisa should not be held liable because she acted under the false assumption of Joe was sterile. If Joe had not made this false statement then Louisa should be liable.
