In the play “Angels in America” written by Tony Kushner there is several major characters depending on the readers perspective. Firstly a central character could Louis Ironson which he is a reflection really of Kushner as a young New Yorker. Louis’s life is basically a parody of Kushner’s own life and his style. The similarity between the two is actually quite amazing how he incorporated this aspect into his creation. You can really get an idea and feel for how Kushner lived, his surrounding and the situations that he went through.
