1. I think that Lockheed Martin Corporation has a high performance culture because they have a can do integrity and teamwork. The company will embrace lifelong learning along with sponsored education and development programs. The company feels like that teamwork will multiply the creativity, talents, and contributions while focusing on the teams goals. The team will take on responsibility for share trust relationships, embrace diversity, and accept responsibility for prudent risk taking. 2. The equal opportunity office (EOO) has created a work diversity initiative that provides guidelines for implementing diversity programs at different business levels. They have information for Lockheed Martin’s SBU on how to achieve diversity. The company also has a diversity department for ensuring things are being completed correctly. The department also is flexible in meeting the needs for all their employees. They also have paid education programs for the employees. 3. Lockheed Martin Corporation has put in several things for sharing culture. They put into place educating and mentoring programs. They have put in foster care programs, African American mentoring, gay and lesbian and bisexual programs. I think that Lockheed Martin Corporation has some very good skills and programs in place. The company has had these rules and regulations in place for years, but there is always room for improvements. I think that they realize this as well. I see in the list in chapter eight there are many of the same activities that the corporation already has in place according to the text. The only one on the list that the Lockheed Martin Cooperation may not use is team oriented incentives to foster team work. I think the corporation has different activities for the high number of employees they have, but no incentives for the employees. However, they offer free programs and training for the
