When we look into the affair Canada and their laws and regulations, Canada is one of many countries that promote the right of women and social justice. In Canada prostitution is highly flourishing. The Canadian government is yet to decide the legislations concerning prostitution. The supreme court of Canada has been given a year to pass a new Bill concerning prostitution. My main point of this essay is to argue that selling of sex should be made illegal due to that fact that is not just the sex but other activities involve in it is dangerous and are deeply violent activities. Legalizing prostitution comes with a lot of wrongs along with it which clearly seems to be not right. It’s clearly obvious that prostitution is widely connected with awful activities. “Legalizing prostitution cannot exist alongside the true equality of women. The idea that group of women should be available for men's sexual access is founded on structural inequality by gender, class and race. Moreover, it is a violation of international law” (Dianne post and Bishakha Datta, 2013) . In our society especially to females, it violates equality rights and human rights. There have been consistent news of rape, deaths or murder and feared to have contacted all kinds of sexual transmitted diseases especially the deadly Aids.
