The important of Leadership Influence towards on Employee’s Motivation 1.0 Introduction Leadership style influences the team member in the organizations by getting people’s to work. In order to get the team to perform the leader find motivation as a way to improve the team’s performance and working conditions. According to Peter Drucker leadership is represent the quality of performing work whereby ensuring efforts or result will not be placed. Motivations have powerful energy to the team member in achieving company’s goal while performance and its highly connected to the leadership style which impact towards the growth of the company. (Mario Buble, 2014, sited Blanchard/Hersey, 1993). Democratic leadership styles, gives freedom to the employee to suggest their idea which agrees by others. (Kendra Cherry, no.d). Autocratic leadership style rarely accepts a suggestion from group member and mainly involved in absolute and authoritarian control over the group. The second stage is learning phase, employees learn their new tasks and responsibilities. It’s necessary for a leader to use Autocratic style where this is method to be guidance on step to be follow by the employee’s. Some depends to the leader where the employees feel relax and little comfortable to learn and practice the job. The employee will feel motivated when they been observed and corrected on each tasks and its applicable for young age employee. (R. Gopal’s & Rima Choundry, 2014). Whereby the Democratic leadership style the team members require to lead on their responsibilities between the leaders also require supporting the team and may transfer from Autocratic to democratic leadership style. The third stage motivation phase, employee become motivated as they been asked for additional responsibilities and required to cope up with their experience, self confident and experienced. The final phase is when the group members has to perform his responsibilities and required independently while accepting all the additional task, taking challengers and process of making decision in an organizations.
