Henry Ford once said, “Coming together is the beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” This quote represents the factors necessary for building a strong team. In the text, “Steve Jobs” by Walter Isaacson and “La Vida Robot” by Joshua Davis, they both discuss the different and similar components of a victorious team. In addition, the authors Davis and Isaacson discuss the challenges that their teams had to face throughout their works. When it comes to building an effective team Isaacson believes that teamwork and coordination is essential. He conveys his perspective in “Steve Jobs” where he shows the importance of teamwork and coordination. Like Isaacson, Davis feels that and effective team requires team support as supported by the article, “La Vida Robot”.
