Which means the company should do something which is both beneficial for the company and the society they operate in which involves developing their business with a positive relationship to the society. CSR includes human rights, corporate governance, health and safety, environmental effects, working conditions and contribution to economic development. It is the ethical behavior of an organization towards the society. Furthermore, CSR activities help organizations hire and retain the people they want. So, what you did was change his timing and cover up for him so that his salary won’t be deducted.  sexual harassment/ Abusive Behavior: more than half of the workplaces are filled with managers and supervisors who use their position and power to mistreat or disrespect others. They will order their employees to do some work and if they wo not finish the work within the time period he assured gets their salary deducted or terminated. Moreover, sexually harassing their employees for not doing the works just the way they asked them. Example: you were assigned a task with finding original documents of the companies deposits which has been done past 3year and you were given 1hour to complete the task. There were lots of files to be checked and alone you couldn’t finish it within the time period given by your boss. In result he use abusive words/hit you in front of your colleagues for not being able to complete the task. As we are humans we will need time to complete a task  Employee Theft: Employee fraud is also on the uptick, whether its check tampering, not recording sales in order to skim, or manipulating expense
