Throughout high school, I played on the female rugby team and continued playing recreationally post-secondarily. My role as a coach enabled me to build on my knowledge of basic rugby tactics to develop and execute plays. Through developing practice plans and running subsequent practices I strengthened both my leadership and managerial skills.
