Chapter 1 Part 1: Tyler All I could remember was darkness. I don't know what happened to land me in the dimly lit room. My entire body ached and it was a surprise I could stand as I held onto the frame after nearly rolling right out of the bed I had found myself in. Nobody would answer me when I spoke to them and not a soul even looked my direction in the quiet, sterilized halls. A sharp pain arose in my chest with every movement. I glanced around, only to realize I was in a recognized hospital, draped in a white patient's robe. It itched horribly, but it didn't take long for me to realize why as my arms and legs were covered in bandages and my chest had been wrapped many more times than I could count.
