Book Review I read the book Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, a 368 page book written by Jonathan Safran Foer. Published on April 1st, 2005, Foer writes about a boy named Oskar Schell, who has experienced the tragedy of losing his father in the September 11th terrorist attacks on the twin towers in New York City. This book right from the start connects to the reader by emotionally dragging the reader in, wanting to read page after page due to Oskar’s determination to find out what had happened to his father in order to find closure.
