Eating chilli for weight loss, does it work?
Many seem to believe it does, and I for one, am one of those people. I think anything hot like cayenne pepper and chilli helps.
Even if you like eating chillies every day and not just for losing weight. You are getting loads of vitamins and minerals.
Of all the wonderful spices available, red chillies offer the highest amount of beta-carotene. This converts in the body into vitamin A.
Beta-carotene is a powerful antioxidant that helps the body fight free radicals.
They also contain antibacterial properties, vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, and copper.

I like to include chilli for weight loss. However, I doubt I would ever go so far as to do a chilli pepper diet.
