Mrs. Barkhimer, my choir director, announced that in November there will be auditions for the Dynamic Devils. The Dynamic Devils is an after school a Capella group. I told myself that this year I was going to try out for it. When it came time for auditions to start, I began to get cold feet and I almost backed out. But then I stopped, and I told myself that I made a commitment to myself that I was going to audition. Despite my nerves I sang “Silent Night” a Capella with three other people. I sang soprano with one person and two altos. After we finished singing I went back to my seat. At my seat I could feel my whole body shaking.
