Many people had feel pressure either by family, work, illnesses, or any particular topic. Each person had experience stress at one point, some more than others. It is important to know how to deal with a mood like stress. Many people look at things that make them distracted and forget about their problems. Exercise is one of the strategies that keeps people busy and active. Does exercise really impacts stress on people? I predicted that exercise will decreased the levels of stress. In fact, results showed that exercise does not have any relationship with stress.
