Chris Nolan is a director who expresses his unique style of film through the two films, The Dark Knight and Memento by creating a realistic feel to both of his films. The Dark Knight is a film that explores the uprising of chaos and anarchy led by a criminal mastermind who abruptly interferes in the lives of innocent people causing there to be a disruption in the Law of Justice. The film Memento, focuses on the life of a man who sustains a head injury causing him to live in the present with no more than a handful of memories of the past making him an unpredictable yet dangerous man. Both films show Chris Nolans’ complex way of directing through the two film genres, Actions and Crime, by the
