Some of the challenges range from low levels of educational achievement due to poor schools, to significant competition from the commercial sector, or an over abundance of university graduates who desire a position less physically demanding than that of a typical rural field officer (Grameen Foundation, 2014). Organizations should consider the mindset of potential candidates and understand how to overcome these issues.
