Compare and Contrast Worldviews Every human being has a different worldview. Their beliefs can be different from someone else they know or even the same but when it comes to their worldview, it is usually different. When scientist are doing an experiment or just researching, they still have their own personal worldviews. “Worldview is the overall perspective enabling a person to see and interpret the world; it is composed of basic beliefs about life and the universe.” People’s worldviews are different from others. There are two types of worldviews that we young people are taught. This worldviews are Christian worldview or secular worldview. Christian’s worldview is hardly taught in this generation. On the other hand, secular worldview is taught all the time. In schools, that is what the professors teach non-stop. They teach on a secular worldview but not on a Christian worldview ever, unless that professor is in a Christian school.…show more content…
These three things are what make up a Christian worldview. First, God created the world and humans. He placed humans in the world to glorifying God. Second, because of human’s sin the world has fallen apart. Lastly, God is working to redeem this world. He wants this world to know who He really is and for us humans to worship our Creator. A secular worldview must be free from any type of religion influence. This worldview only believe in what they can prove is right.
