When I arrived at the house of Arthur and Quinnie Volupides at 2:26 a.m. When I arrived Arthur was lying at the bottom of the stairs with a glass in his left hand. Nothing near the stairs was disturbed. Somehow the glass was not broken. Upon Arrival there was something cooking on the stove. I'm guessing it was for the guests that Queenie had invited over after leaving the club. Quinnie and Arthur had been in a fight before Queenie had left for the club. I believe Arthur had been drinking because he was found dead with the glass in his hand. I don't know how the glass did not break when it appears that Arthur had fallen down the stairs. I have concluded that Arthur was drunk and Queenie had stated that he was coming down the stairs
