Team 2, I really enjoyed watching your presentation and the Celeritas case was interesting, indeed. I believe that Boyer did the right thing to let go of the SVP of Sales. After reading the case, it seems that Dave, although qualified, didn't have right attitude and intentions of driving sales for Celeritas. During their off-site meeting, Dave complained about his department was underfunded. To me, if someone is really dedicated to the cause, there are ways of making things happen. I believe that Dave's lack of interest and motivation led to decline of sales. However, I do also believe that Boyer has some improvements to do, especially when it comes to communicating and making transparent decisions. It was reported in the case that Boyer
