It offers postpaid and prepaid under the brand of Mobilink 3G. It offers its services in more than 20000 cities, towns and villages in all over Pakistan. Its serves are being appreciated by its customers it’s having market share 28%. In May 2013 it started to modernize its project and more than 70% of network is based on 3-G equipment. Advertising Then process of recruitment trails to Advertising Now, the position will be advertised on the Mobilink website first. In many cases, local/national newspapers are preferred for ads. Internal employees are informed through the on-board job posting, emails are also send to them. Before that, the recruiter will determine the status of ads whether to post on company’s website, local/regional or national newspapers. So that, we can reach to the better requirements. Company also post ad on its own web portals as well as on ads agencies site such as rozee.pk etc. Receiving and Screening employees Candidates then send their CVs and resumes to our mentioned address (i.e. online and offline). Our HR department, consultant and related concerned personnel generate a pool for testing and interviewing the candidates, and then shortlisting the potential candidates.
