In the article “Brainology: Transforming Students’ Motivation to learn”, by Carol S. Dweck, She mentions that students have two different types of mindsets, which are growth and fixed. Students with a grow mindset believe intelligence is a potential that can be expanded through education. On the other hand, students with a fixed mindset believe they have a certain amount of intelligence and are incapable of improved their abilities. It is explained in the article that students are able to evolve new abilities in academics. Students can develop the potential to become a growth mindset. I possess a fixed mindset. In the face of challenges, I end up quitting because, it gets too difficult to finish them. I judge myself every time I fail
