On October 13th, 1982 at 1:15 a.m., I arrived at the Volupides residence. I walked in their home and saw Arthur lying on the staircase. He has a wound on the head, which caused him to die. Arthur was lying on his back with one foot on the second step and the other foot on the third step. He had a glass in his left hand that was uncracked and still in one piece. Queenie said to a few of her friends who came to their house for cocktails “ Something terrible has happened! Arthur slipped and fell on the stairs. He was coming down for another drink- he still has the glass in his hand! I think he is dead! Oh my God, what do I do?” (objective)

Towards the end of the party Queenie and her friends decided to leave shortly before one in the morning, and go to her house for a cocktail before the night was over. She left the club shortly before so she could greet her guests. She arrived to her house with ten minutes before her guests arrived. So she went upstairs to let Arthur know she was home and that they had guests coming over. Arthur was still not over the argument but she was so she walked out of the room and by the top of the stairs he then grabbed her and said “I am not done talking to you.” Queenie then got upset and pushed him and said “Do not touch me.” He then pushed her gently and then she pushed him back and he lost his balance and fell down the stairs. Queenie then quickly ran down the stairs and tried to listen for a heartbeat. She didn’t hear a heartbeat so she panicked and grabbed a glass and placed it in his hand and was going to tell her friends he fell trying to get another drink.
