Introduction:
On August 14, 2012 at 9:45 am, a call was received by a 911 operator. The call was regarding thirty eight year old Anna Garcia. Upon arriving at the scene EMT, and police forces broke down the door. When entering the scene, the home was found to be disorganized as substances were on the floor, among a turned over table. On the entry hallway floor rested the body of a thirty eight year old, hispanic women, identification determined the body to be Anna Garcia’s. As studies were conducted, time of death was placed around 6 am on August 14th, 2012.
