Lines 13 through 15 become in a sense the climax of the entire dream song because of the unexpected detailed images that are described. Henry thought that he tended a woman or a girl's life, but in reality he did not. So the graphic images and lines 13 through 15 symbolizes the impossible dream that Henry may have had in which he fishes sleep kills someone. As readers we begin to believe that maybe this is the thing that has been tormenting Henry. 1:15 describes Henry not only imagining himself killing someone but also him wanting people to find out where he hid the victims body parts.
