The AIC triad, which stands for availability, integrity, and confidentiality, has to do with information security within an entity. According to Chad Perrin Availability is speed of access and protection from loss or destruction. Integrity is how accurate the data or information is. Confidentiality has to with protecting sensitive information not only from hackers but also from people within the organization. I personally believe that confidentiality is the most important out of the AIC triad because it has to do with who has access to the information that can make you or break you.
