The reporter stated on 10/01/15 Aaliyah was brought to Kings Daughter Hospital by her mother with complaints of vaginal pain. The reporter stated Ms. Jordan told physicians her daughter had injuries in her vaginal. According to the reporter, Aaliyah visits with her father every other Friday and the visits should be supervised by her grandmother. Per Ms. Jordan, on 09/28/15 after visiting her father, Aaliyah began grabbing her private parts and would not allow her mother to change her diaper.
