Being a leader requires having many stronger skills, we can born being a leader or we can become one. Thus, part of being a leader requires a path full of experience and challenges. Thus, when I found out about ASAP leader program, I saw a door of opportunity for me to awake my leadership skills, so I decided to go through the challenge. I just didn’t imagine myself being a leader, but also supporting other to find the path to success which is part of being a leader.
