Paying for Help Living in a developed country, I believe we should help third world countries without excepting debt repayment. Think about how easy it is to get clean drinking water in America; just turn on our sink and clean water is at our finger tips. In third world countries getting clean water consists of more than a turn of knob. If countries are having a hard time getting clean drinking water, how could they afford to pay for help?
