Exercising At Least 5 Days A Week For 30-60 Minutes Per Day If you were to choose from exercising at least 5 days a week for 30-60 minutes per day, or to eat a well balanced diet (fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates, proteins and dairy) every day, I would suggest you choose to exercise 30-60 minutes per day 5 times a week because you can work off whatever you eat plus more meaning you could look fresh and lose 20 pounds in no time! :D I know i sure would! :D :D :D :D You can do your exercise with friends, family etc. They would help you if they are more fit than you, or you could help them and yourself by pushing yourselves to the limit and keep on exercising! This would be great for you incase of a zombie apocalypse because you will be fit
