Touching Spirit Bear is a book by Ben Mikaelsen and it’s about a kid named Cole Mathews and how he was banished to a remote island and what he does there and the reason he is there. Cole was never a nice kid to anyone he never cared about anyone but himself. Cole had to go to this island because a beat up a kid named Peter and he bashed his head into the concrete and gave him permanent brain damage. In the book Cole saw this bear and said he’ll kill it and went towards it and they fought. Cole also tried to swim to another island and get out from his island but failed.
