In the movie “Super-size me,” Morgan Spurlock conducts an unscientific experiment using himself eating McDonald’s for thirty days, three meals a day. In thirty days he tries to eat at least every single menu item. Also before he starts he experiment he has been tested by three doctors, a general practitioner, cardiologist and a gastroenterologist. His general health is outstanding. Besides eating at the fact food he also does some exercise daily. In thirty days he cannot eat anything which does not have McDonald’s menu. Basically the movie maker argue that the big reason that Americans are fat is because of the fast food how people are addicted.
