During my internship in QIIB, I worked as an assistant for the teller, manager and customer service representative.
Most of time I was working in customer service, I was responsible for providing friendly service to customers in a professional manner and actively cross-sell bank services. Listening to customer wants and recognizing what they need or what the bank can do to serve them better. The bank’s expectations from this job are to fulfill the internship plan week by week.
