The fourth learning outcome in the specialty informatics involves the developing a detailed project management plan for evaluating, contracting and implementing new technologies to improve health outcomes and reduce risk involves using all the cumulative objectives of the Masters degree. Informatics turns data and information into knowledge that healthcare providers can use every day (Sprenger, 2011).
