Literary Critique In the story “So I Ain’t No Good Girl” by Sharon Flake, the narrator tells from her point of view of an encounter that she had while waiting for her bus to arrive. The story begins with the narrator waiting for her bus to arrive. She waits with three other girls, or “good girls”, as she calls them. While she argues with them, her boyfriend of 3 years Raheem appears. Raheem is your typical bad boy and therefore has a plethora of female admirers.
