Im gonna tell how you can help if you have an obesed child. I want to talk to you and help your child and to reduce risk behavior of getting something like dibetes or having a heart attack or worse. We know this is something you don’t want to hear buts its for your child safety. Your child should be healthy and there is many ways to help them get better. Some ways are they can eat healthier. Instead of taking away all there junk food get healthier kinds like skinny pop veggie chips. Instead of a snack 3 times a day cut it down to one healthy snacks.
