1. The contract seems to be an implied contract. Considering the Professor had already signed it in previous years it is implied the same rule stands this year as well. No, I don’t think that TCC breached the contract because the administration terminated him before the first class day which was required by the previous contract.
2. The courts agreed with TCC which led to Dixon appealing the case. Later, the courts upheld their ruling. Next, Dixon appealed to the Oklahoma Supreme Court who also affirmed the state courts decision. I agree with the court’s decision.
