At one point or another everyone has heard a great speech or seen a riveting ad that sticks with them for weeks or even months. The reason those ads and speeches are so memorable is because they use logos, ethos or pathos to grab the viewer's attention. Logos is the tactic of using logic and facts to persuade an audience.
