When Muammar al-Gaddafi lost his focus on his people many issues broke out. Because Muammar al-Gaddafi became very greedy over his country’s oil profits, he was a targeted by many of his own people. Julius Caesar also experienced a very similar situation to Gaddafi. When Brutus, a member of the Roman council, found out the Caesar was going to possibly be the next leader of Rome, he knew that the he only had one option in order to stop him. Brutus knew he had to make a plan in order to kill Caesar. In Julius Caesar Act 2, Scene 1, line 21, Brutus states, “’tis a common proof that lowliness is young ambition’s ladder whereto the climber upward turns his face.” This quote shows just how much Brutus despises Caesar’s character.
