To be honest, I have no idea about my informative speech at first. So I searched the topics for informative speech on the google and then I saw Chinese food. As you guys all know, I’m from China so I think maybe that will be a good topic for my speech. By the way, how many of you guys had eaten Chinese food before? How do you feel about it? Do you like it? “China has diverse natural conditions across its land. As a result, Chinese people living in different areas enjoy absolutely different foods.”(The Story of Staple Foods, A Bite of China) There are eight main styles of Chinese cuisine and the most influential types are Cantonese, Szechuan, Shandong and Jiangsu. But today I will only introduce two of them: Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine because
