Kimberly Clark changed the structure of the organization so that it can make a position in the market. He proposed a plan in 2003 to create a category of the products named as “grow”, “sustain” and “fix”. But this approach was creating duplication of the department. In 2004, re revised the structure and creates categorization on the basis of personal care products, washroom products and emerging markets. It gave new direction to the production approach and worked better than the previous categorization. The division of personal care does not need much assessment and improvement work. On another hand the washroom products need some efforts to be made with. There is no significant impact on washroom products as it earlier belong to “fix” category
