Your Honor, and ladies and gentlemen of the jury; we are gathered here today for the mis accusation of this innocent boy, Gene Forrester. There is a claim that he pushed his own dear friend, Phineas, out of the tree and caused him to shatter his legs. But for what reason? Why would this star student at Devon want to hurt his dear friend and roommate? Gene and Phineas have been together since they started to attend Devon and they share such a strong bond of friendship; Mr. Forrester would never do anything to harm Phineas, nor did he make Phineas fall off the tree.
