HubSpot is a company that is built on the principles of Inbound marketing so the company chooses to stick with the niche product and not considering outbound marketing at all. However, Inbound marketing alone is not capturing the full markets potential. Outbound can bring in a lot of potential revenue but can also bring in lots of competition and this may threaten their market share.
If HubSpot decides to do outbound marketing, this may have negative effects on the brand and they may lose their brand image and brand loyalty. By preaching the benefits of the pull effect, and having told customers and potential customers that outbound marketing is dying, adding outbound marketing might not be a great idea even if more active awareness can generate
