Leadership I have been attending Camp Manitou since I was 8 years old, and that single place has helped make me who I am today. It has taught me many things, but one thing that it has really showed me is how to be a leader. I was taught that everyone has a valuable opinion, and that everyone is capable of doing something amazing. Since camp had taught me that I became more confident in myself, and what I could do. One way I am able to demonstrate my leadership is through dance. When I first joined the Dance Team I felt like I didn’t have a voice because I was an underclassman, but eventually I realized I do have voice. And now that I am older I try to be helpful to the new members, and help them feel like they are able to…show more content… A lot of the girls who are joining dance team have never danced before, so you have to step up and not think about yourself the whole time, but how the other girls are doing. If they were having trouble with something I would gladly help them with something if they wanted help. At the end of camp I was an All- American Nominee, which was giving to someone who had the performance qualities but also had good leadership skills. Musicals- Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Footloose, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Choir- Solo Ensemble, participate in in school choir events. Band- Marching band, pep band.

Clubs/Outside of School Activities
FBLA- National Fall Leadership Conference in Minneapolis, MN, Fall Leadership Lab in Eau Claire, WI. Competed in the Social Media Campaign Event, and participated in the Treats-no-Tricks service project.
Above and Beyond Group
Dance - Competed around Wisconsin for dance team, was an All- American Nominee, took a summer intensive at Eau Claire School of Dance and taking classes currently there.
Camp Manitou- Attended for 7 summers.
