My name is Carlos M. Crespo, and I am pursuing a Health Sciences degree at the University of Central Florida. When I got diagnosed with an immune system illness in my teenage years, my doctor and other medical professionals were very helpful, motivational, and even inspirational. As a result of all of the help and support that I received from them, I have chosen to pursue a career in public service through the public health field.
