In Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” and Vivaldi’s Spring Concerto from “Four Seasons”, there are some musical, social, and historical similarities even if they are from completely different periods. These two songs made an impact in their own time, and are still well known in the twenty-first century. Both songs made appearances in movies and TV shows like “Bohemian Rhapsody” in ‘Glee’ (Season 1, episode 22) and ‘Spring’ in ‘The Big Bang Theory’ (Season 5, episode 24). In both songs there are virtuous string and keyboard players involved to follow the composition and a solo from a string instrument. We do not see this in “Bohemian Rhapsody”, but its instrumental in the beginning starts with a slow tempo, solemn melody, and a predictable rhythm with single voice of singer created the sad mood of the lyric. “Four Seasons” Spring Concerto, however, starts with many instruments, which make the atmosphere happy. Both works also have historical differences. “Bohemian Rhapsody” was written by composer’s mind, and it was created by six components, such as introduction, ballad, guitar solo, opera, hard rock and finale. Each section has its own character and feeling. “Four Seasons” Spring Concerto, however, was written with the sound of rebirth, renewal, and regrowth based on nature.
