Have you used social media to ask for what you want? Have you noticed that social media is the best way to publish the news to the world? Have you ever lost something to save someone’s future? Have you used nonviolence to ask for what you want and how it worked? Actually, social media is a small world where we can find everything that is going on everywhere, and it can tells the world about what you want to say in less than a minute (Solomon, 2014). Also, using social media is a nonviolent way to ask for what you want, and people believe that using nonviolence to achieve their goal is better than using violence because people who use nonviolence usually win and get what they want. According to The King (2012), in the article “0000” there are six steps to show the benefit of using nonviolence actions to protest, and one of the steps explains that nonviolence is used way to spread the peace and to stop the injustice. According to Solomon, Dream Defenders faced violence actions from the police and they face unfair situations in their life, so they wanted to stop that by using nonviolence actions. Also, they used nonviolence actions because they believe that using nonviolence actions is a great way to have fairness and to stop the oppression that they are facing from the police and that what Dream Defenders did to stop the violence actions from the police (Solomon, 2014). In addition, Martin Luther King supported and encouraged people who use nonviolence actions because using nonviolence actions can make a better change and stop the violence actions (King’s Center, 2012). They think that violence actions are more useful to get what they want because of two reasons which are violence is better to save their self and it is better because it is easier to achieve their goal in a short time. First, Supporters of violence actions avoid using nonviolence in the protests because they think that nonviolent cause a lot of casualties. Yes, there are a lot of casualties caused by using nonviolence actions, but who use nonviolence should be a brave person to accept what he/she going to get of pains. Who want to achieve the goals should accept everything that he/she going to loss even if what that person is going to loss lives. According to political Erica Chenoweth (Kenrick, 2014), most of the people do not join violence protests because they do not want to be in danger, also people believe that nonviolent actions are leading to peaceful, so there will not be a danger for the protesters, and that what make more people support the nonviolent movements. Second, that is right goals take a log time to be achieved by using nonviolent actions, but the success of nonviolent protests is higher than the protests that have been achieved by using violent actions. Well, to have a better possibility to have a success movement, it is better to use nonviolent actions even if it is going to take a longer time than the violence
