We live in a culture where alcohol is considered as an essential beverage for having a good time. Some people consume more alcohol than water. To fight against under aged drinking, politicians, communities, schools, and parents have been debating on this question for a long time. Does banning the purchase of alcohol to adults under the age of 21 will stop them from consuming alcoholic beverage? Only problem is that officials want to prohibit the purchase of alcohol under the age of 21, but no one tries to prevent alcohol consumption in general.
